Return & Refund Policy

At Kia Mia by YP Apparels, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective product received

A Clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchange Request Time

Customers must raise a exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Used, washed, or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI / Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Wallet Payments: Based on provider processing time

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, defective product), return shipping charges will be covered by us.

6. Damaged Product Claims

If you receive a damaged package or product:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is must
  • Share order details and images within 48 hours
  • Contact us through WhatsApp or email

This helps us resolve the issue faster.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase is made.
